The Countdown Has Started
The countdown for Alena Seredova and Alessandro Nasi’s wedding has started, they will get married on Saturday 17th June. The couple has chosen Sicily, Noto to be precise, a city neither of them have any particular connection to, and that’s the reason for their choice. “Me and Alessandro have never been there and we love to contaminate ourselves with pure memories,” revealed the former model in an interview with Oggi.
A Surprising Location
“My friend and wedding planner Alessandra Grillo, who organised Chiara Ferragni’s wedding in Noto, proposed us ten different locations. But this wonderful place, where we want to celebrate with the people we love, has the features of a surprise: it will give us the feeling of a first time”. After signing in the Town Hall (Alena has already got married in church, with Gigi Buffon) the ceremony will be outdoors, in front of about hundred guests. The bride’s witness will be Lavinia Borromeo, while the name of the groom’s witness, who has been with him since 2014, is still top secret.
A Journey to Love
As Alena remembered, it was thanks to Lavinia Borromeo that they met. The Borromeo is married to John Elkann, Nasi’s cousin, the only one who was able to break into the former model’s heart after her break-up with Buffon. “I didn’t want a serious relationship, but Alessandro was patient and resilient. It always happens like this: when you don’t look for it, it happens”. At the time, the only thought was for her children, Louis Thomas, who is now 15, and David Lee, 13. Nasi, as Alena often remembers, was able to wait and respect her times. The family then grew with the arrival of Vivienne Charlotte, born in May 2020. The past doesn’t hurt anymore: it’s, after all, what brought them to be what they are.
