Celebrating Father’s Day with a Special Photo
In view of Father’s Day and the 41 candles he will blow out on June 21, Prince William decides to publish a wonderful shot of him with his children George, Charlotte and Louis. In the photo, William is smiling at the camera of Millie Pilkington while embracing George and Charlotte, while the mischievous Louis, perhaps the most irresistible heir of the Windsor house, tenderly holds him from behind while all four are seated on a very special bench: the one given for Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday in 2016.
William and His Children Alone for a Special Moment
According to Kensington Palace, the new photograph was taken at the Windsor estate at the beginning of this year, on the same day as the photoshoot for little Louis’ fifth birthday. This snapshot, released on the same day as the celebration and parade of Trooping the Colour in honour of King Charles’ birthday, does not feature Kate Middleton, probably to allow William to share a moment with his children alone. However, the family was together during the festivities in honour of the sovereign: we saw them looking out from the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch a flypast, and then we admired a very tender gesture between William and his only daughter, when the prince put his hands on her shoulders and Charlotte took his hands, bringing him closer to her.
A Photoshoot in the Desert for Father’s Day 2022
In honour of the 2022 Father’s Day, Kensington Palace had published another never-seen-before photograph of the prince with his three children, taken during the family’s private trip to Jordan in 2021, a land where Princess Kate lived from 2 to 4 years old for her father Michael Middleton’s job at British Airways. In the image, taken in the desert, William lovingly embraces Prince George on one side and Princess Charlotte on the other, with Louis perched playfully on his shoulders.
