The Mandarin Oriental Ritz Hotel in Madrid, located in front of the Prado Museum in Madrid, will host one of the weddings of the year today: Kiko Matamoros and Marta López Álamo’s. The couple will celebrate their union in this luxurious enclave and later spend the night in the hotel’s Wedding Suite, as Marta revealed in the stories of her Instagram account.
A Room with All the Luxuries
It is a room with all the luxuries, privileged views… and a price not suitable for all budgets: no less than 5,000 euros per night. But… what does this stay have that makes it so special? The views of the Wedding Suite of the MO Ritz in Madrid. “This room has different areas: the main bedroom, with light wooden floors, delicate design details and a Spanish leather headboard; a spacious living room with a circular sofa and a luxurious marble bathroom,” can be read on the hotel’s website.
Gifts from Closest Friends
In addition to the stay in the most luxurious wedding suite in Madrid, the couple has already begun to receive gifts from many of their closest friends. Kiko has been in charge of thanking, via social networks, the most curious gifts they have been given, such as the large painting with which the newlyweds Joaquín Torres and Raúl Prieto have bestowed them, a signed guitar that Antonio Carmona has given them or a portrait of Velázquez! The latter, the ‘Sálvame’ collaborator, has decided to put it in a place of honor in his house: in the bathroom. “Velázquez will observe everything that my friends do in the service of my house,” Kiko wrote, with humor.
