If Marlene has lived a miserable experience in the season 3 of Married at first sight, released in 2019, but today, everything seems to smile to the young woman ! She has found love in the arms of Sebastian, a friend of another candidate of the tv show that has had the lightning strike in the light on the screen. Their encounter was therefore made during the broadcast of the program, and it was a real stroke of lightning ! Their love story does not seem to know the least addicted, as quickly, Marlene has left the city of Toulouse, where she has lived for eight years, to join her lover in Nice. They even recently in a civil partnership. But this is not the only good news for Marlene, to whom life seems to smile this time. She just announced on Instagram have followed a program to lose weight, and has just announced its balance sheet… very positive !
Eight pounds lost in 6 months
And it is a nice weight loss that was done by the lovely candidate, when she was already said to be bound by its forms. “At the end of September, I had the immense luck to be chosen as ambassador of the Weight Watchers brand (…) Balance weight less than 8 pounds on the scale (for a goal of 12 to start with) and especially a fat mass decrease and muscle mass increase sharply ! “, she explained to its subscribers. The candidate also explains to have taken on a new rhythm of vie, allowing it to stay motivated. “Learn how to eat better, drink more, do activities, take time for yourself “. As well, she has rediscovered the pleasure of doing sports two times per week. Even if she has not completely achieved his goal, the beautiful remains more motivated than ever !
