The Great Love of Vanessa Bryant’s Life
Vanessa Bryant will never forget the great love of her life, her husband Kobe Bryant, an American basketball champion who died in a tragic helicopter crash in January 2020. During the crash, Gianna, one of Kobe and Vanessa’s four daughters, as well as seven other people, also died.
A Loving Marriage
On what would have been the basketball player’s 45th birthday, his wife wrote these words on her Instagram page, touching her followers: “Happy 45th birthday, baby. I love you and will love you forever”. Vanessa and Kobe Bryant met in 1999 and married in 2001, when they were both very young and when the basketball player had begun to be talked about as an emerging star of the NBA. Very committed to social causes, a few years later they founded the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Foundation, with the aim of providing scholarships to minority university students around the world.
A Happy Father
On June 18, Father’s Day in the United States, Vanessa dedicated a post to her husband, publishing a collection of photos of Kobe Bryant in the role of a happy and present father for his four beloved daughters.
