Yesterday, the restaurateur has been able to make delicious rochers coco. Today, up to the pineapple ! Prepare your oven as 40 minutes, you will have prepared a perfect candied pineapple, bergamot.

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 25 minutes

Below is the list of ingredients :

  • 1 small Victoria pineapple whole peeled and without eyes but with the feather duster hanging
  • 1 scraped vanilla bean + 30g of butter half-salt ointment
  • 50g of sweets of your choice mixed (type cartons / harlequin)
  • 20g of amber rum

You will also need to :

  • 1 bread knife + 1 paring knife
  • 1 floor pastry plate
  • 1 flat

Before we get started, please preheat your oven to 230 °C.

Step 1 : the mixture

Mix the butter and the pulp of vanilla. Massage the pineapple with the butter and add the crumbs of candy. Wrap the head with aluminum foil.

Step 2 : cooking

Drop the pineapple on a sheet of aluminum foil, in the form of a portfolio to be able to fold it up. Start folding the edges. At the last edge, pour in the rum. Drop the burrito on the plate with pastry. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3 : finalization
