On September 14th 2013, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend got married on Lake Como. Ten years ago. To be honest, I’ve repressed most of my mental state at that time, but a clear memory is that I was surrounded by people who wanted to make sure I wouldn’t go through that pain and loss again.” The theme of pregnancy and motherhood has always been dear to the model, who after the abortion of the third, much-awaited baby, was informed by doctors that she would no longer be able to have any pregnancy. As she told People, “this made me even more determined to help others achieve the dream of a family. I know I’ve already been very lucky and that, nowadays, there are many ways to have a child, from surrogacy to adoption.”
