Celebrating One Year of Marriage
Alberto Matano is celebrating one year of marriage with Riccardo Mannino. The presenter of the Rai program La Vita in diretta shared on his Instagram page a photo in which he appears in a wonderful seaside location, tanned and smiling alongside his husband, a Roman lawyer. “One”, writes Alberto Matano, who also shares the photo as a story, adding the caption “Where it all began”.
A Love that Lasted 16 Years
Exactly one year ago the couple got married in the countryside, with a ceremony organized at the Antonello Colonna Resort & Spa in Labico, a short distance from Rome. The wedding was officiated by friend Mara Venier, a long-time fan of Alberto Matano and Riccardo Mannino’s love. A love that has lasted 16 years.
The First Move
The couple has always kept a low profile and Alberto Matano is very reserved in sharing photos and videos with his husband on social media. The presenter of La Vita in Diretta was the one who made the first move. He himself told this in an interview with R101: “I saw Riccardo one evening in a restaurant, someone at the table with me knew him and then we met again several times, at one point we saw each other the third time and I said: “Now I talk to him””. And that’s what he did and the happy ending didn’t take long to arrive.
