Pamela Camassa, Filippo Bisciglia: Love, Sport & Temptation Island

Filippo Bisciglia: the Host of Temptation Island

It’s not summer without Temptation Island. The hot reality show, now in its eleventh season, returns to Canale 5 with Filippo Bisciglia as the host. What do we know about him? Here is an updated mini biography of the charismatic host of Temptation Island.

From Big Brother to Temptation Island

Born in 1977, the former contestant of Big Brother 2006 was born in Rome, where he graduated from a hotel school. An avid tennis player, he practiced the sport competitively until the age of 18, despite suffering from Perthes disease during his childhood. This is a rare necrotic-degenerative disease affecting the head of the femur. The turning point and entry into the world of entertainment came in 2006, when Filippo Bisciglia was chosen as a contestant on the sixth edition of Big Brother, reaching the final in second place. This was followed by a series of television roles, such as that of an external correspondent for Il Candidato, hosted by Marco Liorni, broadcast on Mediaset Premium in 2007. As for Temptation Island, Filippo Bisciglia has been hosting the show since 2014.

Filippo Bisciglia’s Personal Life

On the affective side, Filippo Bisciglia is known to be a very jealous partner. Since 2007 – a lucky year for him – he has been in a relationship with 39-year-old Tuscan model Pamela Camassa, whom we recently saw as a castaway on Isola dei Famosi 2023. The two do not think of marriage (for them it is not an important institution), but they are inseparable. This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from. In the past, Filippo Bisciglia was engaged to Enrico Brignano’s current wife Flora Canto, whom he left while he was in the Big Brother house due to a love at first sight with contestant Simona Salvemini. However, the relationship did not last long and shortly after leaving the Big Brother house they broke up. A year later Pamela arrived, the woman of his life.
