No rest for the brave! The day after the 14th of July celebrations, Jacky Jakubowicz will be on the air on 20 minutes TV, on channel 32 of TNT. At the helm of his entertainment show, Jacky aux platines, for a few months now, the presenter receives personalities or artists from all horizons with whom he talks and who sometimes perform on stage.
Kareen Guiock-Thuram and Viktor Huganet on Jacky aux Platines
This Saturday, the former troublemaker of the Club Dorothée receives two new personalities: journalist Kareen Guiock-Thuram (wife of the former footballer Lilian Thuram) and singer-songwriter Viktor Huganet. In this original episode recorded on June 13th, 2023 at the Clavel Theater in Paris, Jacky will collect the confidences of his two guests. Kareen Guiock-Thuram will be able to talk about her recent professional reconversion. Indeed, at 45, she recently gave up her place at the helm of the 12:45 of the M6 channel to dedicate herself fully to music. On April 28th, she released her first album entitled Nina in tribute to one of her idols, Nina Simone. The opus obviously contains eleven covers of the American singer. “The goal was to pay tribute to her while respecting her authenticity, her elegance, but infusing it with what we were, not relying on her emotions,” she had already explained to Télé 7 jours on May 2nd, 2023.
Viktor Huganet: Rock’n’Roll Enthusiast
Viktor Huganet, on the other hand, is a rock’n’roll enthusiast who never goes out without his guitar. At the beginning of June, the singer released a brand new album called ROCK’N’ROLL VO/VF. In this LP of his own composition, he presents 10 titles, five in French and five in English. Originally from Toulouse, he takes inspiration from the greatest rockers, such as Brian Setzer or Eddie Cochran. An artist who is certainly modern, but who above all has the rock’n’roll of the 1950s/1960s in his blood!
